The 4-3-3 is an offensive tactic, which allows for plenty of possession, if one is on OM winger postal ions. It is best to play against 3-4-3.

Advantages:

  • very good against 3-4-3 
  • high possession possible 
  • by 3 attackers - high shooting power

Disadvantages:

  • susceptible counter with 3 attackers
  • problems against 5-4-1 and 4-2-3-1

Use of specialists:

Attacker:

As a central attacker, the Header Specialist (HE) can be used. On the wings are Crossing Specialists (CR) as an attacker or OM advisable. You can alternatively try with attacker Counter-Ace (AC) on the outside, but should in the compound 1-2 Playmaker (P) are in the midfield.

Offensive Midfield

Here, CR or P offer.

Defence Midfield

Who plays with attacker AC, can here a DM P use, otherwise set a DM HE.

Wing Back:

Here are 2 CR meaningful or kept to play with 2 CB HE an WB Man-to-Man on.

Centre Back:

Here HE and Man-to-Man can stand, or kept on 2 HE.
